Using Docivo
Docivo provides PDF utilities and tools for preparing personal and rental-application documents. By using docivo.org, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your sign-in details private, and use the service only where permitted by law. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Documents and your content
You keep ownership of the files and information you provide. You are responsible for having the right to use and share them, checking generated PDFs before sending them to anyone, and removing information that is not needed. Do not use Docivo to upload unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.
Some PDF tools process files in your browser; other tools send files to Docivo’s server to complete the requested conversion. Rental-application attachments are stored in Docivo’s file storage so administrators can view them, while the generated rental PDF is assembled on your device. The tool interface indicates how files are handled.
Personal and rental documents
PDFs created from your details are user-prepared documents. Docivo does not verify the information you enter and does not issue official identity, immigration, residence, income, or financial documents. A rental-application PDF is not legal, financial, or housing advice and does not guarantee that a landlord will accept an application. You are responsible for checking the document and deciding what to share.
Subscriptions and payments
The current checkout may show an initial €0.50 charge, a seven-day trial, and then recurring access at €9.99 per week. The checkout page is the authoritative source for the price, trial, billing timing, and currency shown for your purchase. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to process the disclosed payment and any recurring charges until cancellation.
You can manage or cancel a paid subscription using the subscription-management option in Docivo. Cancellation stops future renewals; any remaining access is handled according to the terms displayed by Stripe and Docivo at cancellation. Promo access may have separate duration and eligibility rules. Refunds are handled under applicable consumer law and the terms shown at purchase; mandatory statutory rights are not limited by these Terms.
Accounts and availability
Keep your account information current and protect your password and verification codes. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms.
We work to keep Docivo available, but features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Third-party services
Sign-in, payment, email delivery, hosting, and some linked tools rely on third-party providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Docivo is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Disclaimers and liability
Docivo is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Docivo disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. For questions, use the support email shown on the Docivo Google sign-in consent screen.
